*Fee includes online file checks, fixing of simple errors and transmission to a single publication. The fee is exclusive of GST.
All clients pay for each individual transaction via our credit card facility only. Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
(Note: all dollar figures are quoted in Australian dollars (AU$) and are exclusive of GST)
Customers must send files in Adobe Acrobat format only. Please try & keep your filesize as small as you are able. Should the online file checking process reveal serious file errors which cannot be corrected automatically and which necessitate manual intervention, you will be contacted by Digital Ads International, a certified Adstream tradeshop to discuss your needs. In cases where ads will need to be rebuilt, a charge will apply.
Proofs
3DAP compliant and certified hard copy proofs for magazine publishers can be generated by our Adstream certified bureau if required at a cost of $60 excl. GST per individual proof. Local delivery of proofs by courier fee AU$15.00 Remote delivery of proofs are quoted at time of delivery.
Allow 48 hours for delivery (please allow extra time over weekends).
International
This service is available only to clients resident in Australia. Files checked, repaired and transmitted to international publications attract an additional 75% surcharge.

Refund Policy
The quicksend service includes verifying, rectifying (where possible) and sending your ad to the specified publisher, however all parts do not have to be completed for the service to be chargeable. By uploading a file and completing the credit card payment authorisation, you are agreeing to the quoted cost. If the ad fails the validation checks and you elect not to submit a new file, we deem that our service has been employed and you will not be entitled to a refund. If your ad passes the checks and does not require any rectification, and is sent to the publisher to download, we will deem that the service has been delivered to you and you will not be entitled to a refund.
However if an ad that passes the validation checks, is not made available for the publisher to download, Adstream will willingly refund the payment made. To apply for a refund email all the job details to info@adstream.com.au
Please note that a confirmation of the ad having been successfully received by the publisher is automatically emailed to the registered address. If you have not received a delivery confirmation by the publication material deadline please phone our helpdesk on 1300 768988.
